this study was conducted to determine the influence of profitability (EPS, NPM, and ROE) and leverage (DER) to stock price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. and its relationship to commodity price of gold for periode 2005 – 2013. The technique of data analysis using ordinary least square (OLS) and Engle-Granger cointegration test. The result shot that profitability (EPS, NPM, and ROE) and leverage (DER) simultaneously has significat influence to stock price of PT Aneka Tambang Tbk. F – restricted test find that profitability (EPS, NPM, and ROE) has significant influence to stock price. Partially, the result show that profitability (NPM) and leverage (DER) have a significant influence to stock price, but profitability (EPS and ROE) doesn’t have significant influence to stock price. Based on Engle-Granger cointegration test, stock price and gold price has cointegration relation.
