Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of compensation and motivation on employee job satisfaction at PT Kapuas. This research was conducted by the Non Probability Sampling method with the type of purposive sampling. Researchers distributed questionnaires to 40 employees of PT Kapuas. Data analysis uses SPSS analysis. The results of the analysis concluded that compensation and motivation affect employee job satisfaction at PT Kapuas. Oey Hannes Widjaja SE. MM, MIKOM
