Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the impact of training and discipline on employee performance at CV Angkutan Martha. The number of the samples used in this study were 40 respondents. Method in this study used descriptive method with quantitative research and used questionnaire to collected the data. From the results it was found that training and disicipline had a positive and significant effect of employee performance. Yusi Yusianto S.E., M.E.
