Abstract

This study aims to show a relationship between liquidity, credit, risk, and management of board of directors to Indonesia’s go-public banks performance. Method that used in this study is multiple regression method which is used to show relation of many independent variables with one dependent variable. This study is a census, which its data are taken from population of Indonesia’s go-public banks from 2003 to 2012. The confidence level used in this study is 5%. From hypothesis test, it can be concluded that there is positive and no significant relationship Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) to Net Interest Margin, and there is positive and no significant relationship Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) to Net Interest Margin. There is negative and no significant relationship between Insider Holder and Net Interest Margin. The variables which have a negative and significant relationship to Net Interest Margin are Directors Compensation and Tenure. The variable which have a positive and significant relationship are PPAP / Lesser Prudence.
