Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of working motivation and organization culture to employee performance. The population of this research were all of employees of PT Indokita Makmur in Jakarta. The method of data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 60 respondents. The technique of data analysis used was the multiple regression analysis with probability sampling. The findings of this research showed that employee performance is positively and significantly affected by working motivation and organization culture either partially or simultaneously.
