This study was conducted to determine Intention Professional college Student’s, Self efficacy ,Sosial Environment and Family Background to Intention Student’s. Intention Student’s was measured from colleger of Tarumanagara University located in Jakarta. The sampling frame for this research was from the colleger of Tarumanagara University. The data collection based from 100 colleger of Tarumanagara University. The techniques of data analysis is using multiple regression analysis with purposive sampling. The data that has subjected to validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests are processed that results in regression equation as follows: Y= 0.69 + 0,06X1 +0,28X2 + 0,519X3 whereIntention student’s (Y), Self efficay is (X1), Sosial Environment is (X2), Family background is (X3)). Hypotheses test using t test shows that the Third independent variables used in this study significantly influences dependent variable.
