Abstract

The purpose of this research is to test whether: 1) competition business has a relationship with the performance of coffee shop business in Tangerang and Jakarta. 2) Entrepreneurship Competence has a relationship with the performance of coffee shop business in Tangerang and Jakarta. 3) The capability of the Organization has a connection with the performance of coffee shop business in Tangerang and Jakarta. Samples used as many as 30 coffee shop business owners in Tangerang and Jakarta. The results of this study showed that there was influence of business, entrepreneurship competence, and organizational capability of business performance.
