Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect debt to equity ratio, degree of financial leverage and return on asset to return on equity. This research period is from 2009 until 2013. The statistical analysis tool used is IBM SPSS Statistics 19 and the technique of data analysis used is the multiple regression analysis with sensus for population. The findings of this research show that debt to equity ratio and return on asset significantly effects on the return on equity. While degree of financial leverage does not effect on the return on equity.
