Abstract
In operation management, there are several problems related with queues. Little number of queues usually linked with dropped in business. However, if the queue jammed, it will make several customers ran away to competitors. Researchers in this research want to find an empirical proof that the queue method can be used to optimalized the waiting lines in the research subject. The research subject for this reseach is "X" Bank, Taman Duta Mas Branch, that located in Jakarta. In this research, researchers use multichannels model in queue model and by using it researchers found out that the bank need to make a new line to optimalized the service of the tellers.
