Abstract
Construction industry has a unique characteristic and complex so that no project which is same with the others. In this research, we will look risk factors in estimation process in infrastructure cost budgeting. To know more the effect and probability in variable of risk, this research will be developed qualitatively, with analyzing questioner data that filled by respondent. They are estimation team, cost control team and infrastructure project main team of PT. Paesa Pasindo Engineering. The result of analyzed data will be proceed with risk leveling. It is risk matrix to get the priority / risk factor rank. After knowing the dominant risk factor, then proceed with regression analysis to get how much the impact to cost performance. At the end of research, the result for the most dominant factor is the the unqualified estimator of the contractor and the mistake in calculate bidding price.
