Abstract

his study aims to examine the effect of ceo duality, firm size, and leverage on extent of risk disclosure compliance in listed banking companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. This study use 36 banking companies as sample in this study and also use multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that CEO duality and leverage have no significant effect on extent of risk disclosure compliance while firm size has a significant positive effect on extent of risk disclosure compliance. Keywords : CEO duality, firm size, leverage, risk disclosure.
