Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of organizational commitment and competence to employee performance at PT Sebastian citra Indonesia (SCI). The sample used was a saturated sample method with 87 respondents and data analisys techniques using version 3.0 smartPLS. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment has a significant effect on employee performance and competence has a significant effect on employee performance.
