Abstract

The main objective of this study is to determine the marketing strategy for the amino acid L-Cysteine product and L-Methionine Origin Ajinomoto in order to increase the volume of sales at PT. Glory Katri Putera. This study a descriptive study using secondary data and primary data analysis. Sources and collection of dattawere obtained from observations and interviews with top management in November 2015 at PT. Glory Katri Putera. The analysis of the company?s strategy is done by SWOT Analysis, five Force porter, and using tools such as EFE Matrix, IFE Matrix, IE Matrix to ensure the strategy chosen for the company based on their actual strengthn, weakness, opportunity, and threat conditions. In this study there were adjustments were also made to the strategy of STP, 7 Marketing Mix. The results of this study concluded that the company is grow and build, which is located in Quadrant I. Intensive strategies such as market penetration strategy and market development strategy are the strategies that fit for the company.
