Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine, whether leadership style, internal communication and work motivation affect to work performance of IT Division at PT. ank Central Asia Tbk Jakarta and to determine which factor are dominant influence ork performance of IT Division at Pt. Bank Central Asia Tbk Jakarta. The methodology used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis, accompanied by hypothesis test that measured statistically. The result of this study show that the determining factor of internal communication and work motivation partial effect on work performance, and all three factor affects work performance simultaneously, and the factor affect work performance the most is work motivation.
