Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, liquidity, cash flow operations, free cash flow and investment opportunity set on dividend policy in listed manufacturing companies in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2016-2018. This study use 51 manufacturing companies as sample in this study and also use multiple regression analysis. This research data processing uses the program SPSS 24 version for Windows. The results of this study indicate that liquidity and cash flow operations have no significant effect on dividend policy while profitability, free cash flow and investment opportunity set has a significant effect on dividend policy. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, arus kas operasi, free cash flow dan investment opportunity set terhadap kebijakan dividen pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018. Penelitian ini menggunakan 51 perusahaan manufaktur sebagai sampel dalam penelitian dan menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda. Pengolahan data penelitian ini menggunakan program SPSS 24 version for Windows. Hasil dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas dan arus kas operasi tidak mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen sedangkan profitabilitas, free cash flow dan investment opportunity set mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kebijakan dividen.
