Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine the effect of accounting base performance, and market base performance toward stock return on manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange during period of 2014-2017. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method. The research conducted by taking 21 manufacturing companies sector basic industry and chemicals. The result of this research showed that return on equity, price earning ratio andprice to book value have effect on stock return, while return on assets have no effect on stock return.
