This study aims to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, and firm size on dividend policy in manufacture firm. The period of observation in this study is the year 2014 – 2016. The sample used in this study is 41 companies each year. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The result of this study indicate that liquidity has a posittive and insignificant effect on dividend policy, profitability has a positive and significant effect on dividend policy, leverage has a posittive and insignificant effect on dividend policy as well as firm size have a posittive and insignificant effect on dividend policy. Key words :dividend policy, liquidity, profitability, leverage, and firm size.
