Abstract

The purpose of this research isto examine about construction consulting service company and development of service product and property on the business process and operating activity, accounting information system that applied to cashflow, give a relevant recommendation from problems and causes that happened. From the research found several problem such as merged department, billing to the customers or owner is not accurate, not on time, and discontinue, possibility to loss confidentiality of the document that connected to accounting and finance, Business Development Manager have access to the payment of a project, no restriction of cash disbursement, payment from the company is not accordance to the agreement, no maximum limit of petty cash payment, and also no minimum limit of amount when the petty cash will be reimbursed.
