The purpose of this research is to examine the influence of net working capital, leverage, cash conversion cycle, growth opportunity, and cash flow toward cash holding in Manufacture companies listed in the Indonesian Stock’s Exchange in the period 2014-2017. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method. The research conducted by taking 59 manufacture companies. The result of t-test shows that net working capital, growth opportunity, and cash flow have significantly positive effect on cash holding, while leverage, and cash conversion cycle have no significantly effect on cash holding.
