Abstract

Kampung Karet Kuningan have pressure because of commercial area. The development of the business center in segitiga emas area, gave rise to the tendency of the phenomenon demand for labor and functions supporters of business center. Growing function to rental housing which is very fast in the area their, and some of which have encountered function changing housing be rental housing. The developer small scale is a influence transformation / change the area and invited adaptation the environment for developing without lawsuits the government and planning. With most of developing the potential land available. Although house of rent developing by development pattern incremental but basically there is a pattern to the rental housing ( board ) developed.
