Abstract
Tax is the main income source for a country. The purpose of this research is to know that the company has been evolve and calculate the income tax payable in accordance with the law of tax. Another purpose also is to evaluate the fiscal correction in the Income Statement fiscal and evaluate tax payable. The reason this research is done because the financial statements prepared by the Financial Accounting Standars, while the fiscal financial statements are prepared based on the law of tax. This thesis is done by the study of literature and field research method. In this thesis, the financial statement need to be corrected fiscal eg entertainment expense, tax expense, and wages expense. The thesis is expected to be useful fot the company. Suggestions for the company is always follow and learn the latest taxation rules and regulation on a regular basic so they can present the financial statement with right according the law of tax.
