Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh financial leverage dan komponen intellectual capital terhadap firm performance dengan competitive strategies sebagai pemoderasi pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama tahun 2016-2018. Sampel diseleksi dengan menggunakan metode cluster sampling dengan total 27 perusahaan. Teknik proses data menggunakan moderated regression analysis dengan bantuan program Eviews. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa financial leverage dan human capital efficiency berpengaruh positif terhadap firm performance, sedangkan structural capital efficiency berpengaruh negatif terhadap firm performance. Penelitian ini juga menemukan bahwa capital employed efficiency dan financial leverage yang dimoderasi oleh competitive strategies tidak berpengaruh terhadap firm performance. Kata kunci: Financial Leverage, Komponen Intellectual Capital, Competitive Strategies, Firm Performance The purpose of this study is to obtain evidence on the effect of financial leverage and components of intellectual capital on firm performance with competitive strategies as a moderation in manufacture companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. Sample was selected using cluster sampling method amounted to 27 companies. Data processing techniques using moderated regression analysis with helped by Eviews Program. The results of this study shows that financial leverage and human capital efficiency have positive influence towards firm performance, while structural capital efficiency has negative influence towards firm performance. This study also found that capital employed efficiency and financial leverage moderated by competitive strategies have no influence towards firm performance.
