Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine empirically the influence of intellectual capital, free cash flow and capital structure toward the financial perfomance. This research uses 75 samples manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the year of 2016-2018 using Eviews 10. The results of t test indicate that intellectual capital have a positive unsignificant effect on financial performance. Free cash flow have a negative significant effect on financial performance and capital structure have negative unsignificant effect on financial performance. Key Word: Firm Performance, Intellectual Capital, Free Cash Flow, and Capital Structure Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meneliti secara empiris pengaruh dari intellectual capital, free cash flow dan struktur modal terhadap kinerja keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 75 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2016-2018 yang diolah dengan menggunakan program Eviews 10. Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa intellectual capital memiliki pengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kebijakan kinerja keuangan. Free cash flow memiliki pengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, dan struktur modal memiliki pengaruh negative tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan.
