Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguji pengaruh intellectual capital, good corporate governance, dan leverage terhadap kinerja keuangan perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia untuk periode 2016-2018. Penentuan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan purposive sampling method dan 135 data yang dipilih dari 45 perusahaan dalam tiga tahun. Teknik pemrosesan data menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda yang dibantu oleh Microsoft Excel dan software IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) for Windows released 23.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial intellectual capital dan leverage berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan, sedangkan good corporate governance tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Namun, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan modal intellectual capital, good corporate governance, dan leverage memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan. Kata kunci: Kinerja Keuangan, Intellectual Capital, Good Corporate Governance, Leverage The purpose of this study is examine the analysis effect intellectual capital, good corporate governance, and leverage of financial performance of manufacture companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. Determination of the sample in this study using purposive sampling method and 135 selected data from 45 companies in three years. Data processing techniques using multiple linear regression analysis helped by Microsoft Excel and software IBM SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) for Windows released 23.0. The result of this study shows that partially intellectual capital and leverage have significant effect on financial performance, while good corporate governance have no significant effect on financial performance. However this study shows that simultaneously intellectual capital, good corporate governance, and leverage have a significant effect on financial performance.
