Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian kali ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan mengarahui apakah variabel CSR dan Leverage jika di tambah variabel moderasi Ownership Concentration dapat memberikan pengaruh yang memperkuat atau memperlemah Financial Performance. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diolah menggunakan Eviews 10.0. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu perusahaan infrastruktur yang berjumlah 32 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI dan periode yang dilakukan yaitu tahun 2016 – 2018. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel moderasi tidak mempengaruhi CSR terhadap Financial Performance. Sedangkan variabel Leverage apabila ditambah dengan Ownership Concentration memperkuat Financial Performance perusahaan. Kata kunci : CSR, Leverage, Financial Performance, Ownership Concentration Abstract This study was conducted to test and determine whether the CSR and Leverage variables, if added by the moderating variable Ownership Concentration, can have an effect that strengthens or weakens Financial Performance. This study uses secondary data that is processed using Eviews 10.0. The sample used in this study is 32 infrastructure companies listed on the IDX and the period conducted is 2016 - 2018. The results of this study indicate that the moderating variable does not affect CSR on Financial Performance. While the variable Leverage when coupled with Ownership Concentration strengthens the company's Financial Performance. Key words : CSR, Leverage, Financial Performance, Ownership Concentration
