Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk membuktikan secara empiris pengaruh Capital Structure, Intellectual Capital, dan Dividend Policy terhadap Corporate Performance pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016–2018. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 120 data sampel yang dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa semua variabel independen secara simultan (uji F) dapat memprediksi Corporate Performance (ROA). Hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa Capital Structure (DER) dan Dividend Policy (DPR) memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Corporate Performance, sedangkan Intellectual Capital (MVAIC) tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Corporate Performance (ROA). The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effects of Capital Structure, intellectual capital, and Dividend Policy on Corporate Performance of the manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2018. The research is conducted by taking 120 samples using purposive sampling method. The result of this research shows that all the independent variables have effects on Corporate Performance (ROA) simultaneously (F test). The t test results showed that Capital Structure (DER) and Dividend Policy (DPR) has a significant effect on Corporate Performance, while Intellectual Capital (MVAIC) has no significant effect on Corporate Performance.
