Abstract

Residential become the smallest area of public life, where there need supporting facilities for social life inside. The most social facilities in residential are education facilities, health facilities, trade facilities, and worship facilities. This research will be discuss about worship facility especilally mosque, sustainability of mosque in Jembatan Besi as study location of this research dependent on actors that involved on procurement, utilization and management. This research also consider mosque providing standard in Jembatan Besi Village reffers to SNI 03-1733-2004 and Local Regulation of DKI Number 6 Year 1999 to undertake the identification about provision quantity of mosque in Jembatan Besi Village. Besides quality terms, those two standars also regulates about accessibility and optimal mosque location. This research use descriptive qualitative by deep interview to the informan who have been determined. This methodology also supprted by doing triangulation and transect in Jembatan Besi Village. This research showed that conflict, competition, and cooperation between institution that doing procurement, utilization, and mosque management. Those conflict, competition, and cooperative scattered in three activities: procurement, utilization, and management.
