Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisa seberapa besar pengaruh profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage terhadap kebijakan dividen (studi empiris pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 20152017). Untuk tahun 2015, 2016, dan 2017 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia adalah masing-masing sebanyak 143, 145, dan 154 perusahaan. Pemilihan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan menghasilkan total sampel sebanyak 42 perusahaan. Penelitian ini memberikan hasil bahwa profitabilitas berpengaruh positif terhadap kebijakan dividen, sedangkan likuiditas dan leverage tidak berpengaruh terhadap kebijakan dividen. Kata kunci : kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, likuiditas, dan leverage This study aims to analyze how much influence profitability, liquidity, and leverage have on dividend policy (empirical study of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017). For 2015, 2016, and 2017 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange are 143, 145 and 154 companies respectively. The sample selection in this study used a purposive sampling technique and produced a total sample of 42 companies. This study results that profitability has a positive effect on dividend policy, while liquidity and leverage have no effect on dividend policy.
