Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi struktur modal perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2015-2017 dengan metode pemilihan purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap struktur modal. Likuiditas dan pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap struktur modal. Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan, Likuiditas, Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Struktur Modal The purpose of this research is to know the factors that influenced capital structure. This research uses secondary data manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 with the method of selecting purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple regression analysis technique. The results of this study state that the profitability and size of the company are not significant and positive towards the capital structure.
