Abstract

Abstrak : Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik perusahaan, yaitu profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Growth Opportunity, serta mengetahui Inflasi mempengaruhi Likuiditas terhadap Struktur Modal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan industri barang konsumsi dan aneka industri yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan adalah dengan metode purposive sampling dimana terdapat 55 perusahaan terpilih dan diolah dengan menggunakan program aplikasi EVIEWS (Ecomonic Views) versi 9.0. Metode analisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda untuk mengetahui pengaruh yang mana hasilnya dinyatakan bahwa profitabilitas memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan, likuiditas memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, growth opportunity memiliki pengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan, serta inflasi akan memperkuat hubungan pengaruh likuiditas terhadap struktur modal. Kata Kunci : Profitabilitas, Likuiditas, Growth Opportunity, Inflasi, Struktur Modal Abstract : The purpose of this research is to determine the effects of company characteristics, consist profitability, likuidity, growth opportunity, and to know inflation affects liquidity to capital structure. Population of this research is the consumer goods industry and the various industry listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). Sample selection technique used in this research is by purposive sampling method where there are 55 companies selected as sample and processed by using EVIEWS software version 9.0.The method used to determine the effect is multiple regression analysis which the results are concluded that profitability has positive and significant effect, liquidity has negative and significant effect, growth opportunity has positive and insignificant effect, and inflation will streghten the relationship of the liquidity effect on the capital structure.
