Abstract

Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, profitabilitas, dan likuiditas terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 20152017. Penelitian ini menggunakan 65 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Metode statistik yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah metode regresi linear berganda dimana pengujian dilakukan pada data panel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan perusahaan dan likuiditas berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Nilai perusahaan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Profitabilitas, Likuiditas. The objective of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of firm size, profitability, and liquidity to firm value on manufacturing companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the year 2015-2017. This study used a sample of 65 manufacturing companies selected using purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements. The statistical method used to test the research hypothesis is the multiple linear regression method in which the test is performed on panel data. The results of this research are firm size had a positive and not significant effect on firm value, profitability had a positive and significant effect on firm value and liquidity had a negative and significant effect on firm value.
