Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti yang empiris mengenai pengaruh intellectual capital, leverage, firm size, dan liquidity pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2017. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa informasi keuangan dari laporan keuangan serta laporan tahunan. Penelitian ini menggunakan 64 perusahaan manufaktur yang telah diseleksi melalui metode purposive sampling dengan total 192 data selama tiga tahun. Pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program EViews 10. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa human capital efficiency, capital employed efficiency serta leverage berpengaruh terhadap praktik firm performance sementara structural capital efficiency, firm size, dan liquidity tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap firm performance. Kata kunci: Firm performance, intellectual capital, leverage, firm size, liquidity. The purpose of this research is to obtain empirical evidence about the effects of intellectual capital, leverage, firm size, and liquidity on firm performance at manufacturing firms listed on Indonesian Stock Exchange during the period of 20152017. The data used in this research was secondary data in the form of financial information from the financial statements and annual reports. There were 64 samples of manufacturing companies that have been previously selected using purposive sampling method with total of 192 data for three years. This research data was processed using EViews 10. Results shows that human capital efficiency, capital employed effiency and leverage has a significant influence on firm performance, while structural capital efficiency, firm size, and liquidity has no significant influence on firm performance.
