Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah faktor-faktor kepemilikan institusional, struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan dan ukuran perusahaan pada nilai perusahaan studi empiris pada perusahaan consumer goods industry yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia, khususnya tahun 2013-2016 sebagai populasi penelitian. Metode sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling dengan jumlah total 27 perusahaan consumer goods industry. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Eviews 8. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel independen kepemilikan institusional, struktur modal berpengaruh secara signifikan nilai perusahaan. Sedangkan pertumbuhan perusahaan, ukuran perusahaan tidak berpengaruh nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Institusional, Struktur Modal, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, dan Ukuran Perusahaan The purpose of this study is to find out whether the factors of institutional ownership, capital structure, corporate growth and firm size on the value of empirical study companies in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, especially in 2013-2016 as the study population. The sampling method used is purposive sampling with a total of 27 consumer goods industry companies. Data processing is done by using Eviews 8. The result of research indicate that independent variable of institutional ownership, capital structure significantly influence company value. While the growth of the company, the size of the company does not affect the value of the company. Key words: Institutional ownership capital structure, profit growth, and firm size
