Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris mengenai pengaruh growth, leverage, profitability, dan firm size terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2013-2016. Penelitian ini menggunakan 65 sampel perusahaan perusahaan manufaktur yang dipilih berdasarkan metode purposive sampling. Data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder berupa laporan keuangan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan growth tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan. Leverage, profitabililty, dan ukuran perusahaan (firm size) berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan. Kata Kunci : Nilai Perusahaan, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Leverage, Profitabilitas, Ukuran Perusahaan The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence on the effect of growth, leverage, profitability, and firm size on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013-2016. This study used 65 samples of manufacturing companies selected based on purposive sampling method. The data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements. The results of this study indicate the growth does not affect the value of the company. Leverage, profitability, and firm size have a positive effect on firm value.
