Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, growth opportunity, dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap variabel dependen yaitu nilai perusahaan.Sampel yang digunakan adalah seluruh perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) dalam periode 2014-2016.Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan program SPSS versi 22 dan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda.Hasil yang didapat adalah kebijakan dividen dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.profitabilitas dan ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh positif terhadap nilai perusahaan Kata kunci : kebijakan dividen, profitabilitas, growth opportunity, ukuran perusahaan, nilai perusahaan, PBV This research aims to test whether dividend policy, profitability, growth opportunity, and firm size affect the value of the firm. All sample consists of manufacturing company that are listed on IDX in the period of 2014-2016. The test was conducted using SPSS 22 and multiple regression analysis is used to examine the hypothesis. The result of the research indicated that dividend policy and growth opportunity do not affect the value of the firm. Profitability and firm size affect positively on firm value.
