Abstract
This study aims to determine the relationship between profitability, firm size, leverage, and liquidity to dividend policy on companies listed in the stock index LQ-45 in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Using the purposive sampling method, 20 companies were obtained with 91 data can be used. The test that was used to test the data is the Rank Spearman Correlation with the help of the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) version 22. The results of the study show that profitability is strongly, positively and significantly correlated to dividend policy, firm size has a weak, negative correlation and not significant to dividend policy, leverage has a fairly negative and significant correlation to dividend policy, and liquidity has a weak, positive and significant correlation to dividend policy Keywords: Dividend Policy, Profitability, Firm Size, Leverage, liquidity
