Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of asset structure, firm size, liquidity, profitability, and sales growth on firm value with capital structure as mediating variables in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2020 period. The specified criteria obtained as many as 19 companies with the purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study found that asset structure has a negative effect on capital structure. Profitability has a positive effect on capital structure. Firm size, liquidity, and sales growth have no effect on capital structure. Profitability and capital structure have a positive effect on firm value. Asset structure, firm size, liquidity, and sales growth have no effect on firm value. Capital structure is unable to mediate the effect of asset structure, firm size, liquidity, profitability, and sales growth on firm value.
