Abstract
This research aims to empirical test and analyze on the effect of Return On Asset, Financial Leverage, Earning Per Share, offering percentage, and company age toward Underpricing on firm listed Initial Public Offering (IPO) on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during 2017-2020. Sample was selected using purposive samping method. The total number of sample used was 174 samples. The research data was obtained from financial statements and annual reports, which collected in Microsoft Excel 2019. Data processing techniques using multiple regression analysis and processed by SPSS 25. This research revealed that Return On Asset have significant positive impact on Underpricing, while Offering Percentage have negative impact on underpricing. The implication of this study is the need to increase profitability which will bring a good signal for investor to have an investment activity.
