Abstract
This research aims to obtain the empirical evidences from the effect of intellectual capital, asset management, liquidity, firm size, and leverage on financial performance. Total of 264 observational data are originated from 66 manufacturing companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) over the period of 2017-2020. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling. The hypothesis testing method in this research is done by using the multiple linear regression model. Multiple linear regression model estimation that is suitable on this research is Fixed Effect Model (FEM). The statistical tool used for data processing in this research is EViews 10. This research is using Return on Asset (ROA) as a parameter to measure financial performance. Based on the outcome of the processed data it was found that VACA, VAHU, and asset management have significant effect on financial performance, whilst SCVA, liquidity, firm size, and leverage have no significant effect on financial performance.
