Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of institutional ownership, board size, growth opportunities, and net working capital toward cash holding with firm size dan cash flow ratio as control variable on manufacture industry listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. Sample was selected using purposive sampling method and the valid data was 51 companies. Data processing techniques using Eviews 12 and Microsoft Excel 2016. The result of this study indicate that board size and net working capital have a positive and significant influence on cash holding. While institutional ownership has positive and insignificant influence on cash holding and growth opportunities has negative and insignificant influence on cash holding.
