Abstract
This research goal is to examine the impact of intellectual capital and also capital structure as independent variable on firm performance as dependent variable with corporate governance serving as a moderating variable. Purposive sampling was used as a sampling method in this research. This research was conducted on manufacturing companies listed on IDX from 2018 to 2020 with 82 manufacturing companies and total observation of 225 samples chosen. Random Effect Model (REM) is a regression model used on this research. The results before interaction showed that intellectual capital had positive significant impact at firm performance. Meanwhile capital structure impact is negative and significant at firm performance. Moderating variable impact showed that corporate governance didn’t succeed in moderating the impact of intellectual capital and also for capital structure to firm performance.
