This study aims to analyze the factors that influence dividend policy in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 - 2020. Descriptive research is the research design used to examine the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable by purposive sampling method, amounted to 51 companies. Furthermore, hypothesis testing is carried out using a panel data regression model. Data processing in this study used EViews 12 application. The results showed that leverage and free cash flow had a significant effect on dividend policy, while there are no significant effects of gender diversity.
