Abstract
This study aimed to determine the effect on the performance of TQMand QMI PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesia in Jakarta which is a company engagedin tire manufacturing. Methods of data collection is done by distributingquestionnaires to all employees quality assurance PT Bridgestone Tire Indonesiatotaling 19 people, which is the total of the population census of this study aswell. The test results suggest that there is a positive influence on the performanceof TQM and QMI.
