Abstract
This study was conducted with the aim of obtaining empirical evidence regarding the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (SIZE), intellectual capital (VAIC), and profitability (ROA) on firm value (Tobin's Q) using 71 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2017-2020. Data processing in this study using the software Eviews 12 SV. The results of research that have been carried out on simultaneous tests show that capital structure (DER), firm size (SIZE), intellectual capital (VAIC), and profitability (ROA) have a significant simultaneous effect on firm value (Tobin's Q), while the partial significance test shows that intellectual capital (VAIC) and profitability (ROA) have a significant effect on firm value (Tobin's Q), while capital structure (DER) and firm size (SIZE) have no significant effect on firm value (Tobin's Q).
