Abstract

This study aims for determining the relation between operating cash flow, net working capital, capital expenditure and corporate cash holding in property, real estate and construction firms listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The period tested in this study is three consecutive years, from 2018 to 2020. The examination of hypothesis used in this study was using multiple regression analysis and examined by Eviews 12 program. This study shows that net working capital negatively significant to corporate cash holding, while operating cash flow and capital expenditure are insignificant to corporate cash holding.
