Abstract

Once employee job satisfaction is formed, it is believed that theorganizational commitment will be achieved and resulting to the employeeturnover will turned low which make easier for the organization toachieve any performances that were set from the beginning. But thematter of how to create such environment to achieve that level ofsatisfaction is not an easy effort. Several aspects should be consideredand the targeted level of satisfaction should be planed.
