Abstract
This thesis tries to see the matter of understanding design by fit out contractor, supervisor and its relation with supervising work efficiency, whether if the goal could be accomplished with the right use of input. From the problem that has been discussed it would reflect that a fit out construction project needs optimum supervision to achieve a good work efficiency. From that matter the first factor to discuss is what could make the fit out project efficient, the second factor is whether or not there is a positive relation between understanding design with work efficiency, the third factor is whether or not there is a positive relation between supervising with work efficiency, the fourth factor is whether or not there is a positive relation between both understanding design and supervisor with work efficiency. Based on the conducted analysis on variable X1 (design understanding), X2 (supervisor), and Y (work efficiency). There is a conclusion that only supervisor and work efficiency produce significant correlation.
