Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk menguji apakah terdapat pengaruh antara profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, dan risiko bisnis terhadap struktur modal pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) tahun 2018-2020. Jumlah sampel yang dipakai pada penelitian ini berjumlah 69 perusahaan yang telah dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling dan diolah menggunakan program eviews 12. Setalh dilakukan analisi didpatkan bahwa variabel profitabilitas tidak berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap struktur modal, variabel ukuran perusahaan memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap struktur modal, dan variabel yang terakhir yaitu risiko bisnis tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap struktur modal Kata kunci: profitabilitas, ukuran perusahaan, risiko bisnis, struktur modal The purpose of this research is aims to analyze the effect of profitability, firm size, and business risk on the capital structure of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2018 - 2020. The sample used in this research was 69 companies, selected by purposive sampling method and processed using the eviews 12 program. The result of the analysis shown that the profitability variable had no significant and positive effect on capital structure, the firm size variable had a significant and positive effect on capital structure, and the last variable, namely business risk, has no significant and negative effect on capital structure Keywords: profitability, firm’s size, risk, capital structure
