Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini yaitu untuk memberikan bukti empiris apakah operating cash flow, investment activities, dan leverage memiliki pengaruh terhadap corporate cash holding. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menguji & mengembangkan konsistensi dari hasil penelitian yang telah dilakukan sebelumnya. Populasi pada penelitian ini merupakan perusahaan dari sektor properti, real estate dan konstruksi yang telah terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama 3 tahun periode yaitu dari 2018 – 2020. Purposive sampling dipilih dalam mengambil sampel dalam penelitian dan data penelitian dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Kata Kunci: Kepemilikan Kas Perusahaan, Arus Kas Operasi, Aktivitas Investasi, Leverage The purpose of this study is to provide empirical evidence whether operating cash flow, investment activities, and leverage have an effect on corporate cash holding. This study also aims to test and develop the consistency of the results of previous studies. The population of this study is from the Property, Real Estate and Construction Sector Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 3 years, namely from 2018 – 2020. The sample in this study was selected by purposive sampling and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression.
