Abstract

In the world of construction services, the labour`s productivity becomes an essential aspect which decide the success of a project. The human resources in the form of construction labours are the most valuable resource that concludes the performance of a construction project. This research is about evaluating several aspects that relates to the labour`s productivity in the management of human resources especially outsourcing labour or contract workers using questionnaire survey method. The outcome from the questionnaire survey and data processing will result several outsourcing labour`s productivity aspects that influence the project time performance labour`s attendance, level of skill, labour`s training, work overtime, reward, compensation, recognition to the labour, safety, project control, and the supervision of working hours. Furthermore, there will be recommendation of action that relate to several outsourcing labour`s productivity aspects which significantly influence the project time performance. Therefore, the possibility of having tardiness in the project time performance which is resulted by the reduction of the outsourcing labour`s productivity can be diminished.
